  • Vinyasa Flow

    A fluid, moving practice led by the current of your breath. We build both strength and flexibility to create a body and mind that is strong, yet soft.

  • Yin & Restorative Yoga

    Often, it looks like there isn’t much happening! But this practice offers deep rest, relaxation, and wellbeing. A perfect antidote to a busy, stressful life.

  • Beginner Slow Flow

    The perfect starting point. We move mindfully and with awareness, allowing you to absorb the foundations without having to keep up with anyone else.

New to Yoga? You belong here

We know that walking into a yoga studio for the first time can feel intimidating. At Pranayoga, there is no competition and no pressure. It’s all about experiencing the pose in each moment, which can change from day to day. If your breath is no longer smooth and steady, it’s always okay to rest in child’s pose.

When we strive for flawlessness in yoga and in life, we are trying too hard. We end up stressing and straining our bodies and minds.     Perfectionism can damage our self-esteem, affect our health & put excessive pressure on our relationships.

Free Park Class

Try our FREE Community Yoga in the Park!

If you’re not quite ready for the studio, come and join us in Machattie Park! Held on the last Sunday of every month (10am - 11am), this is a completely free, welcoming space for everyone. All you need is a yoga mat, a positive attitude, and perhaps some friends and family. Leave feeling refreshed and energized for the week ahead!
