Classes & Workshops
About Our Classes & Workshops
No matter your skill level or experience Pranayoga offer classes & workshops that will help you find a balance of mind, body and spirit. Your yoga practice is based on guiding yogis to a focused & healthy life.
Workshops are a great way to break down certain concepts, postures or themes. A yoga class follows a typical structure whereas a workshop has the luxury to go DEEP into a specific topic.
Classes are generally in the vinyasa & restorative style of yoga, which encourages movements led by the current of breath.
"The yoga pose is not the goal.
Becoming flexible is not the goal.
Standing on your hands or your head is not the goal.
The goal is to create space where you were once stuck.
To unveil the layers of protection you’ve built around your heart.
To appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates.
To make peace with who you are.
The goal is to love, well… YOU!
Come to your yoga mat to feel; not to accomplish.
Shift your focus and your heart will grow."
